SDJSA registration forms are required to be completed at the beginning of a new season.
The team registration form must be submitted by 2 May 2025 and the player registration form by 17 May 2025.

Must be returned to us as soon as
you know how many teams you will
be playing in the new season, this
will allow us to develop the fixtures.
Must be returned to us as soon as you
know the composition of your team. If
a player joins your team during the
season then a player registration form
needs to be submitted.
